1. Apply to lengths and ends at bedtime, do not rinse.
2. Sleep on it.
3. In morning, style as usual

Apply during the day to your ends for instant split end repair. Before you go to bed, use generously; don’t be frightened to use too much. Section hair into four sections. Step 1: Use strengthening shampoo to gently remove excess sebum, product buildup and pollution.
Step 2: Use strengthening conditioner daily or as needed to instantly detangle and help prevent breakage. Weekly or as needed, use intensive strengthening masque instead of conditioner for deep repair. Choose between light and rich.
Step 3: DAY: Use strengthening leave-in treatment to protect from heat damage and UV.
Step 4: NIGHT: Use strengthening overnight serum for intensive overnight repair and split end reduction.
