^*GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONSPRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS: Most seminars are free of charge. We would like to support our Aveda salons in their continuing education. The seminar prices quoted are net prices and do not include VAT. The invoice will be issued quarterly for all booked seminars.
CANCELLATION: A free cancellation of the seminar is only possible up to 1 week before the seminar starts. Otherwise the seminar fee has to be paid in full, unless you can name a substitute participant. The cancellation must be made in writing to education@ch.aveda.com. Please note the special cancellation policy for Pure Master Colorist, these must be cancelled 3 weeks before the seminar starts, otherwise the seminar fee is payable in full. Aveda reserves the right to postpone or cancel seminars within the cancellation period without prior written notice. Payments already made for travel, accommodation, etc. will not be refunded by Aveda.
