Online Returns Instructions

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase on www.aveda.eu, you may return the unused portion to us for a refund.

  • To return the unwanted item, please call our Customer Services on 0800 917193or send us an email and we will provide you the return label.
  • Print the label and stick it on the return package. Make a copy of the completed invoice for your records.

For reasons of security and speed, we recommend you to send the item(s) you wish to return by post with acknowledgment of receipt.

Requests for refund will be handled promptly.

The processing time of returns varies from 7 to 10 working days on average from our receipt of your return. Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

You will receive confirmation of the receipt and processing of your return via email.

Note: Only products purchased on Aveda.eu may be refunded or exchanged.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 0800 917193.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
