How will Aveda.com eGift Cards be delivered?
eGift Cards are delivered via email. The sender's name and e-mail address are included for the recipient.
How much does delivery cost?
There is no charge for e-mail delivery. For shipments that contain eGift Cards and other items, shipping and handling charges will be based upon the amount of the merchandise purchased. eGift Card amounts are not included in the calculation of shipping and handling charges. Redeeming
Where can Aveda.com eGift Cards be redeemed?
eGift Cards can only be redeemed at Aveda.com or by calling 800.644.4831. eGift Cards can not be redeemed at Aveda salons, spas, Experience Centers or Institute locations.
How do I redeem my Aveda.com eGift Card?
Visit Aveda.com and select the items you want to purchase and click "checkout."
On the Billing page, enter your Aveda.com eGift Card and PIN Code along with a valid credit card.
When the total amount of your order exceeds the total value on your Aveda.com eGift Card, your credit card will be charged the remaining balance. All of the value on your Aveda.com eGift Card will be used first before any amount is charged to your credit card.
When the amount of your order is less than the value on your Aveda.com eGift Card, your credit card will not be charged. Any unused balance will remain on your Aveda.com eGift Card.
Only one Aveda.com eGift Card may be used per order at Aveda.com.

Call 800.644.4831 to place your order.
You will be asked to provide your Aveda.com eGift Card number and PIN Code along with a valid credit card.

Returns and Exchanges:

Maximum Purchase Policy:
We regret that we must limit all online orders to no more than six (6) units of any item with a maximum purchase of $750 per customer. For corporate gift purchases and services that exceed our maximum purchase policy, please call 800.644.4831.

This eGift card can be used as payment for purchases made online at Aveda.com. This eGift card cannot be used at freestanding retail or department store locations. This eGift card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except as required by law. This eGift card has no expiration date or service fees.
